Saturday Quilt Group

Okay, confession, I didn't do any quilting. But I did start my 'Bruno-n-Jake' vest so here is a picture of that. I'm not very far along but I'm very excited to see how it turns out! In case you were wondering, this pattern is in the "Knitting Green" book by Ann Budd.

Socks

This Happy Feet yarn was bought in Colorado. I'm finished with one sock and am about half way through the second (I just have the foot and toe to finish). I did mess up on the second one though so I may have to rip it back some to fix it (which I hate doing!).

Wedding Quilt

I finally finished my cousin's wedding quilt! It is a queen-size, crazy pattern that will fit her personality perfectly! I included a WARNING label on the outside of the wrapping that said stuff like 'this product is not intended for people with a history of heart disease or nervous disorders' which I think she will get a huge kick out of. In case you were wondering, the wedding is Dec. 31 (they want to ring in the New Year together), but my grandmother was going to give her the quilt at her bridal shower in a few weeks.

Pillowcases

Here is one of the pillowcases I made for my room. I tried not to get too much of my un-made bed in the background (I know, I'm lazy!). I made 4 exactly like this and then one where the blue and the palm tree print are reversed (which you can see a little of). There is also one more where the orange and the blue are reversed (I was trying to make the most of what I had!). And yes, I do have that many pillows, more actually!

Cabled Vest

Here is me in the cabled vest Carrie bought me at the Knitter's Kove. I'm also wearing one of the Uganda bead necklaces I got while we volunteered at 'Feed My Starving Children' (which was lots of fun!).

Camouflage Vest

Here is me in my camouflage vest (can you see me?). I bought the yarn at Hobby Lobby while I was visiting Carrie in August.
