2014 - 164 and 165

Project 164 was a cowl for a swap. I used up a little stash skein I got in a swap and Sue's Yo, K2tog pattern. Date completed November 3, 2014.

Project 165 was a pet blanket I started last year but didn't get around to weaving in the ends. Used up scraps with this project. Date completed November 3, 2014. 

2014 - 162 and 163

Another sewing day! Projects 162 and 163 are a couple of project bags for swaps. Date completed October 10, 2014. 

2014 - 160 and 161

Projects 160 and 161 are a couple of dishcloths for a swap. The frog and turtle patterns are free on Ravelry and I used Rowan Cotton Glace. Dates Completed October 5 and 7, 2014. 

2014 - 157 and 158

Projects 157, 158, and 159 are Christmas gifts. The first one is A Noble Cowl (free pattern on Ravely) out of stashed Marisol, and the second is Willow Cowl (also free on Ravelry) out of Malabrigo. The last one is a hat made for a lady in our guild who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Dates completed September 30, October 1, and October 2, 2014. 

2014 - 155 and 156

Today was a sewing day! Projects 155 and 156 are a pillowcase and finishing up a quilt. The pillowcase is for someone from my WV mission trip and the quilt is for one of my swaps. Date completed September 26, 2014. 

2014 - 154

Project 154 is a mini stocking I started last Christmas and finally got around to finishing. It was included in President Debbie's gift from the guild since she 'retired' after three years. She was very overwhelmed by the gift of knitted Christmas-motif garland, featuring knitted items from guild members. Date completed September 23, 2014. 

2014 - 151 through 153

Projects 151 through 153 are gifts for swaps. I was doing more Illusion Knitting practice for the class I'm teaching next year. I used some Rowan Cotton Glace from Nancy's stash. Dates completed September 17, 23, and October 1, 2014. 

2014 - 149 & 150

Project 149 is a cabled sweater vest I started several years ago and finally got around to finishing. I used Manos Silk Blend and the pattern is in Eco Wool dk Book II (#341). Date finished September 9, 2014.

Project 150 is My Inner Viking (pattern purchased on Ravelry). I used up some CashMerino yarn from Nancy's stash and had to adapt the sleeves (both pattern and yarn). Date completed September 12, 2014. 

2014 - 147 & 148

Projects 147 and 148 I tried my hand at illusion knitting. the patterns were free on Ravelry. I used up some stashed yarn. Date completed September 5, 2014. 

2014 - 146

Project 146 I was test knitting some new yarn for Baa Baa Sheep. Yarn is Vijay Fibers 100% mulberry silk. The pattern is Beaded Eyelet a shapely shawlette with a few revisions. Date completed September 3, 2014.

2014 - 145

Project 145 is a little shawlette. Pattern is Maluka, a free one on Ravelry. I used up some reclaimed cashmere I got in a swap. Date completed August 3, 2014. 

2014 - 144

Project 144 is a little bolero using Berroco Linsey I bought earlier this year. Date completed July 18, 2014.

Project 143 is a simple cowl for charity using up some stash. Date completed July 16, 2014.

Project numbers 141 and 142 are a couple of pillow cases for one of my swaps. Used up some stashed fabric. Date completed July 6, 2014.

Project number 139 is a wash mitt for one of my swaps. I used up some stashed cotton. Date completed July 4, 2014.

Project 138 is another simple knit cowl for charity using up some stash. Date completed June 30, 2014.

Projects 128 through 137 are the last 10 pillowcases for my WV trip. Date completed June 29, 2014.

2014 - 127

Project 127 is a simple in-the-round cowl using stashed sock yarn. It is a simple knit item that I can take to the movies or just out and about and work on without having to pay attention. This is going to charity. Date completed June 17, 2014.

2014 - 126

Project 126 is my May sweater. The pattern is Yumi Bolero out of a Noro pattern book and the yarn is Tahki yarns Tandem. Date completed June 16, 2014.

2014 - 114 through 125

Projects 114 through 125 are 12 more pillowcases for the WV trip (only 10 more to reach 50!). Dates completed June 13 and 14, 2014.
